Bone-In Pork Chops

A thick-cut pork chop from the rib section, and oh so good. You can taste the difference in pastured pork, and these thick-cut pork chops are everything. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part!

Weight and sizes are as follows: 

• Medium up to 2 lbs
• Large 2+ lbs
• Extra Large 3+ lbs
• Each package comes with two chops

For Best Results: Brine in a 1/4 cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tasty, melt-in-your-mouth pork.
