Reversible Meat Cradle Carving Board - Made in the USA

There are a lot of good carving boards out there, but there's one the pros come back to again and again. Both sides feature generous grooves that are deep enough to hold a half cup of liquid (about the amount that runs out from a roast chicken that's rested for 30 minutes). • Finished in a food safe mineral oil and beeswax.
• Hand-wash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly with a towel. Never soak or submerge in water, run in a dishwasher, or use in a microwave. Placing hot pots or pans on your board can result in a lasting burn mark.
• If at any time the grain of your product becomes raised-causing a rough feeling-a light buffing in the affected area with 200 grit sandpaper will smooth the finish. Reapply a wood conditioner after this process.
