Five Marys Slow Cooker Spare Ribs
Ingredients
- Five Marys pork spare ribs or pork baby back ribs
- 1/3 Cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP seasoned rice vinegar
- Five Marys spice rub (or sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary and thyme)
- 1 Sweet onion
Directions
WHISK together soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar in a bowl.
ADD spare ribs and quartered to your crock pot or slow cooker and cover with sauce.
SPRINKLE Five Marys Spice Rub and a little extra brown sugar on top.
COOK on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Flip meat halfway through cooking if possible.
REMOVE from slow cooker when meat is falling off the bone and ENJOY!
