Five Marys Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • Five Marys pork spare ribs or pork baby back ribs
  • 1/3 Cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP seasoned rice vinegar
  • Five Marys spice rub (or sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary and thyme)
  • 1 Sweet onion

Directions

  1. WHISK together soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar in a bowl.

  2. ADD spare ribs and quartered to your crock pot or slow cooker and cover with sauce.

  3. SPRINKLE Five Marys Spice Rub and a little extra brown sugar on top.

  4. COOK on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Flip meat halfway through cooking if possible.

  5. REMOVE from slow cooker when meat is falling off the bone and ENJOY!
